How much does it cost?

It’s completely free to set up a Muve account - you only pay for the classes you book.

What equipment do I need?

All you need to get started is a laptop or mobile device (with a webcam), access to the internet and a safe space to exercise.

Can other participants see me during classes?

No - During a class instructors can see and hear everyone taking part which helps them to provide real-time feedback, correct exercise techniques, and most importantly provide you with motivation and energy! Participants can’t see or hear each other so you can take part anywhere you like with full privacy.

Can I workout with friends?

Yes this is what we call a group session - During a group session all participants can see and hear each other with the majority of the screen still focusing on the instructor. This is great for when you’re working out with friends, family or colleagues as it offers a more fun community feel. You can mute and unmute all participants at anytime.

How do I book one-to-one sessions?

Browse instructors by clicking the menu on the home page and send them a message to arrange a consultation. This will give you the opportunity. To ask any questions and help the instructor to know what equipment you have available, discuss any injuries or health issues and plan the session a head of time.

How do I access my bookings?

Click on your profile to access your classes, group or personal training sessions.

You can join your any booking up to 5 minutes before it is due to start.

A notice will appear asking for you to allow access to your camera and microphone - Click allow. Then use the camera view to set up your laptop or mobile device, doing your best to ensure that you’re in shot both stood up and lying on the floor. (You can turn your camera off at any time).
